How to delete
your data.

To delete the data Erasmus Life Lisboa holds about you, including your Instagram and WhatsApp conversations with us, follow one of the options below.

Send your request

To delete the data Erasmus Life Lisboa holds about you, including your Instagram and WhatsApp conversations with us, do one of the following:

  1. Email info@erasmuslifelisboa.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Send it from the email you booked with, or include your Instagram username or WhatsApp number.
  2. Send “delete my data” to @erasmuslifelisboa on Instagram Direct, or to our WhatsApp number.

What happens next

We may send a one-time code to your email to confirm the request is yours. We delete your account, chat history, tickets and membership details within 30 days and confirm by email.

Records we must keep

We keep invoices and the order data behind them for 10 years, because Portuguese tax law requires it.

Remove Instagram app access

You can also remove our app's access at any time in Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
